GROUP REFORMER CLASS
This class is limited to four students. This class will be taught using the Reformer Pilates apparatus.
Previous experience required.
YAMUNA BODY ROLLING CLASS
Using 6 to 10-inch balls, Yamuna Body Rolling™ reeducates muscles and stimulates bone, creating positive, permanent changes in the body. You will literally roll your muscles out like dough with the ball, stretching and elongating
the entire body.
This class is customized for two students with similar needs and skill levels.
This class is a one on one session customized for the individual clients needs and goals. This is a great way to get an assessment as a new client in order to decide on a program that is just right for you. Many clients also attend private sessions on an ongoing basis.
*Please, call the studio if you have any questions, 831-278-0005.
*All classes are non-refundable and all packages expire 90 days from date of purchase. All prices are per student.
*Sessions and classes are 50 minutes based on a professional hour with the exception of 30 minute sessions.
*24 hours notice must be given to avoid being charged full fee for appointments or class reservations.
"I invented all these machines. Began back in Germany, I was there until 1925 . . . . used to exercise rheumatic patients. Look you see, it resists your movements in just the right way so those inner thigh muscles really have to work against it. That way you concentrate on movement. You must always do it slowly. That way your whole body is in it." Joseph H. Pilates
