We've got more than 20 group reformer classes each week, and we keep it cozy with just six reformers per class. That means you’ll get plenty of personal attention and really make the most of your Pilates workout.
Our dynamic Pilates mat classes are designed to elevate your practice. The classes are capped at 10 clients, ensuring you receive individual attention from our skilled and supportive teachers.
Can’t make it to the studio? No problem! We also offer Online Mat Pilates, allowing you to continue your transformation from the comfort of your home.
Our 'New to Pilates Special' is a package of five private lessons for $425, tailored for clients who are new to our studio, beginners in Pilates, or those seeking a refresher or support during injury recovery
