IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH PILATES GROUP REFORMER, WE OFFER CLASSES WHICH ARE DIVIDED INTO THREE CATEGORIES: ALL LEVELS, LEVEL TWO, AND LEVEL THREE. PLEASE SEE OUR CLASS AND LEVEL DESCRIPTIONS BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION.
OUR REGISTRATION SYSTEM USES TAGS TO IDENTIFY YOUR SKILL LEVEL. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A LEVEL TWO OR LEVEL THREE TAG ON YOUR PROFILE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SIGN UP FOR THOSE CLASSES.

All Levels group Reformer
All Levels Group Reformer IS appropriate for beginners and beyond. These classes are structured with fundamental movements and exercises that relate to the class type being taken and will flow at a beginning to a moderate pace. The teacher will offer progressions and modifications on an individual basis as needed.
Level 2 Group Reformer
LEVEL 2 GROUP REFORMER IS FOR EXISTING COASTLINE PILATES CLIENTS WITH PILATES REFORMER EXPERIENCE AND WHO ARE INJURY-FREE. THIS CLASS WILL FOCUS ON GOOD MOVEMENT MECHANICS AS CLIENTS PRACTICE THE FUNDAMENTAL, BEGINNING, AND INTERMEDIATE EXERCISES OF PILATES. YOU'LL GET A FULL BODY WORKOUT AT A MODERATE PACE WITH INCREASED CHALLENGES AND A MORE VARIED REPERTOIRE.
Level 3 group Reformer
LEVEL 3 GROUP REFORMER IS FOR EXISTING COASTLINE PILATES CLIENTS WITH EXTENSIVE PILATES REFORMER EXPERIENCE AND WHO ARE INJURY-FREE. LEVEL 3 CLASSES ARE OUR MOST CHALLENGING CLASSES. EXPECT FOR YOUR COORDINATION, BALANCE, AND STRENGTH TO BE CHALLENGED AND TO MOVE AT A MODERATE TO FAST PACE.

THIS ADVANCED LEVEL REFORMER CLASS IS TAUGHT BY KY RUSSELL AND IS A INSTRUCTORS ONLY CLASS. PARTICIPANTS NEED TEACHER PERMISSION TO BE ADMITTED TO THIS CLASS.

AGELESS PILATES is a wonderful class that WILL HELP YOU DISCOVER STABILITY, MOBILITY, AND STRENGTH. THESE CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO HELP YOU MOVE WITH CONFIDENCE AND ENHANCE MOBILITY IN YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE. A VARIETY OF PILATES PROPS ARE USED DURING THIS CLASS, HAND HELD WEIGHTS AND MANY BALANCE EXERCISES. THIS CLASS IS FOR CLIENTS OF ALL AGES.
ALL LEVELS PILATES MAT
PILATES MAT CLASS WILL WORK TO BALANCE AND IMPROVE ALL MUSCLE GROUPS’ STRENGTH, BALANCE, POSTURE, AND FLEXIBILITY. THERE WILL BE AN EMPHASIS ON CHALLENGING THE CORE MUSCLES WITH EACH MOVEMENT. CLASSES WILL BLEND THE CLASSICAL PILATES METHOD WITH EXERCISE VARIATIONS AND BY USING PROPS. (MAGIC CIRCLE, FLETCHER TOWEL, STRETCH-OUT STRAPS, PILATES BALLS, AND ELASTIC STRETCH BANDS.) MODIFICATIONS WILL BE SUGGESTED FOR BEGINNERS OR THOSE WITH PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS. PILATES MAT IS A DOABLE METHOD TO SCULPT YOUR BODY AND FEEL MORE COORDINATION IN EVERYDAY MOVEMENTS.

BARRE IS A FUN AND UPLIFTING WORKOUT THAT COMBINES BALLET-INSPIRED MOVEMENTS WITH ELEMENTS OF PILATES AND YOGA. SET TO ENERGIZING MUSIC, EACH CLASS FOCUSES ON SMALL, TARGETED EXERCISES THAT HELP SCULPT AND STRENGTHEN YOUR BODY, PARTICULARLY YOUR CORE, LEGS, GLUTES, AND ARMS. YOU WILL USE THE BALLET BARRE FOR BALANCE AND SUPPORT WHILE MOVING THROUGH GRACEFUL, LOW-IMPACT ROUTINES DESIGNED TO IMPROVE YOUR POSTURE, FLEXIBILITY, AND MUSCLE TONE.
