If you are new to Pilates, have injuries, or are concerned about keeping up with the pace of a Reformer class, please contact us so we can discuss your options.
Pilates Group Reformer Level 2 classes are designed for existing Coastline Pilates clients who have prior Pilates Group Reformer experience and are free from injury or know how to modify movements if needed. These classes will emphasize proper movement mechanics as participants engage in fundamental, beginning, and intermediate Pilates exercises.
Clients will receive a full-body workout at a moderate pace, featuring increased challenges and a more varied selection of exercises. A thorough understanding of the Pilates Reformer machine is essential to ensure safety and effective practice. This includes knowledge of the spring settings, which control resistance and affect exercise intensity, as well as proper adjustment of the foot bar settings, which influence alignment and range of motion.
