STUDIO POLICIES

 Our studio policies have been established to ensure a positive experience for all clients, and the terms therein apply to everyone in all circumstances.

PURCHASE, CANCELLATION, AND NO SHOW POLICY

  • All in-person and virtual classes and session packages expire 120 days after purchase unless otherwise stated. Exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances.  Please notify the studio before the expiration date. 

  • 24 hours notice must be given to avoid being charged a full fee for class reservations, private and duet sessions.

  • No Show Class Reservation Policy: All clients who reserve a space in a class, but do not attend without cancelling in advance will be charged $10.00. No-show penalties get charged 24 hours after the end of a class.

  • All prices listed are per client. 

  • All sessions and classes are based on a 50 Minute professional hour.  Apart from 30 minute sessions. 

  • Clients can pre-register for classes and sessions through Momence online or call the studio at 831-278-0005.                                  

  • In case of a last-minute instructor illness or emergency, we will make every attempt to find a replacement instructor or notify you of class cancellation. 

  • If any class is canceled at the last minute, the client will not be charged for that class.

  • Out of respect for clients with sensitivities, please refrain from wearing perfume or scented lotions to the studio; or coming to the studio when are sick with a cold, flu, or virus of any kind.

    CELL PHONE & PERSONAL BELONGING POLICY

  • Please turn your phones off or to silent while in the studio.

  • Please leave all personal belongings, besides a water bottle, on the shelves by the studio door.

  • Do not put cell phones under or near the reformers to reduce the risk of personal injury or property damage.

    COVID-19 POLICY

  • Coastline Pilates is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our staff and clients.

  • We enforce COVID-19 policies and procedures such as hand hygiene to minimize the risk of transmission of COVID-19.
